New distribution system
We will be updating our distribution procedures beginning with our distribution on September 19, 2026. We
are moving to the Pantry-soft online ordering system. You will need to register with Pantry-soft prior to
distribution day. Once registered, you will be able to order your diapers and schedule a pickup time on
distribution day. You must come at your scheduled time in order to receive your diapers. If you arrive outside
your scheduled time we may not be able to fulfill you order.
Please be aware that as part of the registration process you will need to provide the following information.
Parent Demographic Information
Proof of Identification
Proof of Address
Name, age and birth certificate for each child in diapers
WIC, Mass-health or SNAP card
